Welcome!

We are excited that you are considering or have joined the United States Air Force Academy's Taekwondo Team. We have big plans for the team this upcoming year, especially those who want to compete. Club members will have the opportunity to compete against local colleges and at smaller local tournaments but will also travel and compete at National tournaments such as the 2013 U.S Open and 2013 Collegiate TKD Championships.

Practices will be held on a normal schedule and will include forms (poomsae), basic technique, advanced technique and sparring.

ALL BELT AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

The United States Air Force Academy Taekwondo Team hosted the 2013 National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships April 12-14 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. The event was attended by over 400 competitors from 30+ colleges from around the continental United States.
Because there is no world collegiate championship this year, the US National Collegiate Taekwondo Team will travel to Korea from August 5 to August 12 for an international training trip and scrimmage. National teams from several countries are expected to be present.

The competition was set-up and run by MSgt Villanueva of CS03, Lt Col Anderson of DFP and C2C Saltamachia of CS21.
