USAFA TKD Patch
The USAFA TKD team patch has been decided, and is on its way through the approval chain. There were two that the team had to choose from and this design received the most votes, however not by much.
The proposed patch will be a circular design, 4 inches in diameter. The patch will consist of a larger circle center surrounded by a thinner ring. The ring around the outside will be black, symblizing a black belt, the rank for which all martial arts strive to achieve. This ring will also contain two sets of words. Around the top, off centered, will be "United States Air Force Academy" in white writing and around the bottom, off centered, will be "Taekwondo Club." The larger center circle will be blue and will contain a falcon, USAFA's mascot, in a full Do-Bok (the uniform worm by those who train in the sport of Taekwondo) throwing a kick with a large, grey "AF" in the background.
